1. INTRODUCTION
This Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & After-Sales Policy (“Policy”) explains the rules and procedures applicable to returns, exchanges, refunds, defective products, damaged products, incorrect orders, warranty claims, delivery-related issues, and other after-sales matters for purchases made through [Store Name] (“Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order through our website, social media channels, messaging platforms, telephone, or any other sales channel operated by the Store, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to review this Policy before completing the purchase.
This Policy is intended to establish a clear, transparent, and fair process for handling customer requests while protecting both the Customer and the Store from misunderstandings, misuse, fraudulent claims, unauthorized returns, and disputes.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, waive, or limit any mandatory right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides a mandatory consumer right that conflicts with any provision of this Policy, the mandatory legal requirement shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
2. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This Policy applies to products purchased directly from the Store through:
- Our official website;
- Our official online store;
- Our official social media accounts;
- Direct messages;
- WhatsApp or other approved messaging channels;
- Telephone orders;
- Any other official sales channel operated or authorized by the Store.
This Policy does not automatically apply to products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers, resellers, marketplaces, or individuals who are not officially authorized by the Store.
If a Customer purchases a product through a third party, the Customer may be required to contact the seller from whom the product was originally purchased.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY BEFORE PURCHASE
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product information available at the time of purchase, including, where applicable:
- Product name;
- Product description;
- Product photographs;
- Product dimensions;
- Available colors;
- Available sizes;
- Materials;
- Features;
- Compatibility information;
- Included accessories;
- Price;
- Promotional conditions;
- Any specific product limitations;
- Delivery information;
- Warranty information;
- This Returns and Exchanges Policy.
Customers should contact the Store before placing an order if they require clarification regarding any product characteristic.
The Store will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and clear product information. However, minor differences in color, appearance, texture, lighting, photography, packaging, or screen display may occur and will not necessarily constitute a product defect.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
An order shall be considered confirmed when the Store has accepted the order through its normal ordering process.
The Store reserves the right to contact the Customer to verify order information where reasonably necessary, including:
- Customer name;
- Telephone number;
- Delivery address;
- Product selection;
- Quantity;
- Price;
- Payment method;
- Any other information reasonably necessary to process the order.
If an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled due to circumstances including, but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical errors, fraudulent activity, incorrect information, or circumstances outside the Store's reasonable control, the Store may contact the Customer to arrange an appropriate solution.
5. GENERAL RETURN PRINCIPLE
We aim to provide customers with high-quality products and a positive purchasing experience.
However, because certain products may be personal-use products, jewelry, watches, accessories, or products that may be affected by handling, wear, moisture, perfume, cosmetics, or other external factors, returns and exchanges may be subject to reasonable conditions.
Any voluntary return or exchange offered by the Store is subject to the conditions contained in this Policy, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
A return or exchange request does not automatically constitute approval.
The Store must first review the request and determine whether the stated conditions have been satisfied.
6. CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Where permitted by applicable law and where the Store voluntarily offers a change-of-mind return, the following conditions shall generally apply.
The product must be:
- Unused;
- Unworn;
- In its original condition;
- Free from scratches;
- Free from dents;
- Free from signs of use;
- Free from water or moisture damage;
- Free from perfume, cosmetics, oils, creams, or other contaminants;
- Accompanied by its original packaging;
- Accompanied by included accessories;
- Accompanied by any applicable warranty card;
- Accompanied by the original invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase.
Products that have been worn, used, altered, damaged, scratched, exposed to water contrary to the product's instructions, or otherwise handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product may be ineligible for a voluntary change-of-mind return, subject always to any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
7. PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR USED
For hygiene, quality-control, resale, and customer-safety reasons, the Store may refuse a voluntary return or exchange of products that have been worn or used where applicable law permits such refusal.
This may include, without limitation:
- Watches that have been worn;
- Jewelry that has been worn;
- Bracelets;
- Necklaces;
- Rings;
- Accessories;
- Products showing signs of use;
- Products exposed to perfumes or chemicals;
- Products with scratches or physical damage;
- Products missing original packaging;
- Products missing accessories;
- Products modified or adjusted by the Customer or a third party.
This provision does not limit any mandatory remedy available to a Customer where a product is defective, unsafe, materially different from its description, or otherwise subject to a legal remedy.
8. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If a Customer believes that a product is defective, the Customer should contact the Store as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the alleged defect.
A defective-product claim should include:
- Customer's full name;
- Order number;
- Date of purchase;
- Product name;
- Description of the alleged defect;
- Clear photographs;
- Clear video where the issue is functional and cannot reasonably be demonstrated through photographs;
- Any other information reasonably requested by the Store for assessment.
The Store may inspect the product before determining the appropriate remedy.
Where a genuine defect is established, the Store will provide the remedy required by applicable law and/or the applicable warranty terms.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include:
- Repair;
- Replacement;
- Exchange;
- Refund;
- Other legally appropriate remedy.
The Store will not knowingly refuse a mandatory legal remedy for a product that is legally determined to be defective.
9. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR
Normal wear and tear is not generally considered a manufacturing defect.
Depending on the product, normal wear and tear may include:
- Minor surface marks caused by normal use;
- Scratches caused by contact with surfaces;
- Gradual cosmetic changes caused by normal use;
- Wear to plating or coatings caused by use;
- Damage caused by impact;
- Damage caused by friction;
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals;
- Damage caused by improper storage;
- Damage caused by misuse;
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
The Store may assess whether the reported issue is consistent with a manufacturing defect or with normal use.
10. WATCHES – WATER RESISTANCE
Where a product is advertised as water-resistant, the Customer must follow the product's stated water-resistance limitations and care instructions.
“Water-resistant” does not necessarily mean “waterproof.”
Unless the specific product is expressly designed and rated for the relevant activity, Customers should avoid exposing the watch to:
- Hot water;
- Showers;
- Steam;
- Saunas;
- Swimming;
- Diving;
- High-pressure water;
- Chemicals;
- Perfume;
- Soap;
- Detergents;
- Oils;
- Solvents;
- Other substances that may damage seals, finishes, or components.
Water resistance may deteriorate over time due to aging, impact, wear, damage to seals, opening of the case, improper handling, or other circumstances.
The Customer is responsible for using the product according to its specifications and care instructions.
If a Customer experiences water ingress, the Customer should stop using the product and contact the Store promptly.
Water damage caused by use outside the product's stated limitations may not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
However, where the Customer believes that water ingress resulted from a manufacturing defect or a failure of the product to conform to its stated specifications, the Store will assess the claim in accordance with applicable law and warranty terms.
11. WATCH ADJUSTMENTS
If the Store provides bracelet or strap adjustment services, the Customer should provide the correct wrist size before the adjustment is performed.
Once a bracelet or strap has been permanently adjusted, modified, cut, shortened, or otherwise altered at the Customer's request, the product may not qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return or exchange where applicable law permits such restriction.
This does not affect mandatory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
12. JEWELRY AND ACCESSORIES
Jewelry and accessories should be handled carefully.
Customers should avoid unnecessary exposure to:
- Perfume;
- Cosmetics;
- Creams;
- Oils;
- Chlorine;
- Cleaning chemicals;
- Salt water;
- Household chemicals;
- Excessive moisture;
- Excessive heat;
- Abrasive surfaces.
Changes caused by normal use, chemicals, cosmetics, friction, impact, or improper storage may not constitute manufacturing defects.
Where a Customer believes that a product has a manufacturing defect, the Store will assess the claim based on the product's condition and the circumstances of the claim.
13. NATURAL MATERIALS
Where products contain natural materials such as natural pearls, shells, stones, crystals, wood, leather, or other natural materials, variations in:
- Color;
- Shape;
- Texture;
- Pattern;
- Size;
- Surface appearance;
- Internal characteristics
may occur naturally.
Such variations are not necessarily defects and may be inherent characteristics of natural materials.
14. WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED
If the Store sends a product that is materially different from the product ordered, the Customer should contact the Store promptly.
The Customer should provide:
- Order number;
- Photograph of the received product;
- Photograph of the packaging;
- Photograph of the shipping label where available.
The Store will investigate the issue and, where the Store is responsible for the error, provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.
The Store may arrange collection or provide return instructions where appropriate.
15. MISSING ITEMS
If an order appears to be missing an item, the Customer should notify the Store as soon as reasonably possible.
The Customer may be asked to provide:
- Photographs of the received package;
- Photographs of the internal packaging;
- Photographs of all received items;
- Shipping information;
- Order information.
The Store may investigate the packing and dispatch records before determining the appropriate resolution.
16. DAMAGED PRODUCTS UPON DELIVERY
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If the external package is visibly damaged, the Customer should, where reasonably possible, document the condition of the package before opening it.
Photographs and/or video evidence may assist the Store in investigating a delivery-related claim.
Where damage occurred during shipping and responsibility lies with the Store or its appointed delivery provider, the Store will take reasonable steps to investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law.
Customers should not intentionally conceal or worsen damage after delivery.
17. CUSTOMER-CAUSED DAMAGE
A return, exchange, warranty claim, or refund may be refused where the issue resulted from misuse, negligence, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or other conduct attributable to the Customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Examples may include:
- Dropping the product;
- Crushing the product;
- Scratching the product;
- Breaking components through excessive force;
- Unauthorized repairs;
- Unauthorized modifications;
- Incorrect installation;
- Exposure to chemicals;
- Exposure to inappropriate temperatures;
- Improper storage;
- Use contrary to instructions;
- Water exposure outside stated specifications;
- Damage caused after delivery by the Customer.
This provision does not apply where applicable law provides otherwise or where the alleged damage is unrelated to the claimed defect.
18. EXCHANGE POLICY
Where the Store offers an exchange for reasons other than a defect or legal remedy, the Customer may be required to satisfy the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and unworn;
- The product must be in original condition;
- Original packaging must be intact;
- All accessories must be included;
- The Customer must provide proof of purchase;
- The request must be made within the Store's stated voluntary exchange period;
- Any applicable delivery or exchange costs must be paid by the party responsible under the applicable terms.
Exchange availability is subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, the Store may offer:
- Another available product;
- Store credit;
- A refund where applicable;
- Another mutually agreed solution.
Mandatory legal remedies remain unaffected.
19. PRICE DIFFERENCES ON EXCHANGES
If a Customer voluntarily exchanges a product for a higher-priced item, the Customer may be required to pay the price difference.
If a Customer voluntarily exchanges a product for a lower-priced item, the Store may process the difference according to the applicable refund or store-credit procedure, subject to applicable law and the terms communicated at the time of exchange.
Promotional products, discounted products, bundles, and special offers may have specific exchange conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.
20. PROMOTIONAL BUNDLES
Where products are sold as a bundle, including combinations such as:
- Watch + Misbaha;
- Watch + Jewelry;
- Jewelry sets;
- Promotional packages;
- Buy-one-get-one offers;
- Discounted combinations;
the promotional price may be calculated based on the purchase of the complete bundle.
If a Customer requests a voluntary return or exchange of only part of a promotional bundle, the Store may recalculate the applicable prices of the retained items according to the original promotion structure, where permitted by applicable law.
A Customer should not assume that keeping one item from a discounted bundle entitles them to retain the full bundle discount.
Where a defect exists in a particular item, the Store will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and the relevant warranty or product conditions.
21. REFUNDS
Where a refund is legally required or voluntarily approved by the Store, the refund will generally be processed using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The timing of the refund may depend on:
- Payment method;
- Banking institution;
- Payment processor;
- Card issuer;
- Delivery provider;
- Internal processing time;
- Other circumstances outside the Store's reasonable control.
The Store is not responsible for delays caused solely by banks, payment processors, card issuers, or other third parties.
22. CASH-ON-DELIVERY ORDERS
For Cash-on-Delivery (“COD”) orders, refunds may require additional processing arrangements.
Where a refund is approved, the Store may request the Customer's appropriate banking or payment information for processing the refund, subject to applicable law and security requirements.
The Store will not request unnecessary passwords, PINs, authentication codes, or other sensitive security credentials.
23. SHIPPING AND RETURN COSTS
Where a return or exchange is requested for a reason that is not attributable to a defect, incorrect shipment, or other Store-related issue, the Customer may be responsible for applicable return and/or delivery costs, where permitted by law.
Where the Store is responsible for the issue, the Store will handle applicable shipping costs in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the claim.
The Store will communicate any applicable cost before proceeding where reasonably possible.
24. RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Customers should not send products back to the Store without first contacting Customer Service and receiving return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may cause delays and may be difficult to identify or process.
A return authorization does not automatically mean that a refund has been approved.
Final approval may depend upon inspection of the returned product and applicable legal requirements.
25. RETURN CONDITION
Returned products should be securely packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
The Customer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the product until it is received by the Store or its designated return carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Store may document the condition of returned products through photographs, video, inspection reports, serial numbers, product identifiers, packaging records, or other reasonable methods.
26. PRODUCT INSPECTION
Upon receipt of a returned product, the Store may inspect:
- Physical condition;
- Serial number or product identifier;
- Packaging;
- Accessories;
- Functional condition;
- Signs of use;
- Signs of water exposure;
- Scratches;
- Damage;
- Unauthorized modifications;
- Missing components;
- Any other condition relevant to the return request.
The purpose of inspection is to determine whether the product satisfies the applicable return, exchange, warranty, or legal requirements.
27. SERIAL NUMBERS AND IDENTIFICATION
Where products contain serial numbers, identification numbers, security markings, labels, tags, or other identifying characteristics, these identifiers may be recorded at the time of sale and/or before shipment.
A returned product may be checked against the original order information.
Products with removed, altered, damaged, obscured, or mismatched identification information may require additional investigation.
This procedure is intended to prevent fraud, accidental product swaps, and unauthorized returns.
It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
28. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE RETURN CLAIMS
The Store reserves the right to investigate claims that appear suspicious, inconsistent, fraudulent, abusive, or materially misleading.
Examples may include:
- Returning a different product from the one purchased;
- Returning a counterfeit or unauthorized product;
- Removing or replacing components;
- Deliberately damaging a product;
- Making false claims regarding product condition;
- Repeatedly abusing voluntary return privileges;
- Providing falsified proof of purchase;
- Providing materially misleading information;
- Attempting to obtain multiple refunds for the same purchase;
- Claiming non-delivery after confirmed receipt;
- Any other conduct reasonably indicating fraud or abuse.
Where permitted by applicable law, the Store may suspend processing while investigating such claims and may take appropriate legal or administrative action.
The Store will not classify a legitimate consumer complaint as fraudulent merely because the Store disagrees with the Customer.
29. EVIDENCE AND DOCUMENTATION
The Store may retain reasonable records relating to orders and returns, including:
- Invoices;
- Order confirmations;
- Customer communications;
- Product photographs;
- Packing photographs;
- Shipping records;
- Delivery confirmations;
- Product identifiers;
- Inspection records;
- Warranty records;
- Payment records.
Such records may be used to investigate disputes and protect the legitimate interests of the Store and its Customers, subject to applicable data-protection and privacy requirements.
30. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Where available, delivery confirmation from the Store's courier or delivery provider may be used as evidence regarding delivery status.
If a Customer claims that an order was not received despite a delivery confirmation, the Store may investigate the matter with the delivery provider.
The Store will not automatically reject a non-delivery claim solely because a delivery status appears as “delivered”; reasonable investigation may be undertaken where appropriate.
31. ORDER CANCELLATION
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact the Store as soon as possible.
If an order has not yet been processed or dispatched, the Store will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the cancellation where possible.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be technically possible, and the Customer may need to follow the applicable return procedure.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights provided by applicable law.
32. CUSTOMIZED OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
Where the Store offers customized, personalized, engraved, resized, modified, or specially prepared products, voluntary returns or exchanges may be restricted where permitted by applicable law because such products may have been specifically prepared for the Customer.
Examples may include:
- Engraving;
- Custom sizing;
- Special color selection;
- Personalized text;
- Customized packaging;
- Special-order products;
- Products modified at the Customer's request.
This restriction does not apply to mandatory legal remedies for defective or non-conforming products.
33. OUT-OF-STOCK EXCHANGES
If a replacement product is unavailable, the Store will contact the Customer and may offer an alternative solution.
Depending on the circumstances, the solution may include:
- Replacement with another available product;
- Store credit;
- Refund;
- Waiting for restocking;
- Another mutually agreed arrangement.
The final remedy will be subject to applicable law.
34. GIFT PURCHASES
If a product was purchased as a gift, the original purchaser may generally be required to provide the proof of purchase for any refund.
Where an exchange is available, the Store may permit the recipient to request an exchange subject to the conditions of this Policy.
Refunds may be made to the original payment method where applicable.
35. SALE ITEMS AND DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS
Discounted, clearance, promotional, and sale items may be subject to specific conditions disclosed before purchase.
However, a “sale” or “clearance” designation does not automatically eliminate mandatory legal rights relating to defective, unsafe, or materially misdescribed products.
Any special restriction applicable to a promotional product will be communicated clearly before purchase.
36. WARRANTY
Where a product is accompanied by an express warranty, the warranty terms applicable to that product shall be provided to the Customer or made available through the Store.
Warranty coverage may vary by product.
A warranty may specify:
- Warranty period;
- Covered components;
- Covered defects;
- Exclusions;
- Required maintenance;
- Authorized service procedures;
- Proof-of-purchase requirements.
Warranty terms do not override mandatory legal rights.
37. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
To the extent permitted by applicable law, warranties may not cover damage caused by:
- Accidental damage;
- Misuse;
- Negligence;
- Unauthorized repair;
- Unauthorized modification;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Improper storage;
- Chemical exposure;
- Physical impact;
- Excessive force;
- Improper water exposure;
- Use contrary to instructions.
The exact warranty terms applicable to each product shall prevail, subject to applicable law.
38. THIRD-PARTY REPAIRS
Customers should not authorize third-party repairs or modifications before contacting the Store regarding a suspected warranty or manufacturing defect.
Unauthorized repair or modification may make it difficult to determine the original cause of the problem.
Where applicable law permits, the Store may decline warranty coverage for damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.
39. RETURN DEADLINES
Any voluntary return or exchange period offered by the Store shall be stated clearly at the time of purchase.
The period may be calculated from:
- The date of delivery;
- The date the Customer receives the product;
- Another clearly stated date.
Where applicable law establishes a different mandatory period or remedy, the applicable law will prevail.
Customers are encouraged to report defects promptly after discovery.
40. FAILURE TO COLLECT / FAILED DELIVERY
If an order is returned to the Store because the Customer:
- Refused delivery;
- Provided an incorrect address;
- Provided an incorrect telephone number;
- Was unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts;
- Failed to respond to the courier;
- Requested cancellation after dispatch;
- Otherwise caused the delivery to fail;
the Store may apply reasonable delivery or return charges where permitted by applicable law.
The Store may contact the Customer before reshipping the order.
41. INCORRECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate:
- Name;
- Telephone number;
- Address;
- Area;
- Building number;
- Apartment number;
- Delivery instructions;
- Other information required for successful delivery.
The Store is not responsible for delivery failures caused solely by inaccurate information provided by the Customer, subject to applicable law.
42. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION
Customers should communicate return and warranty requests through the Store's official communication channels.
The Store may not be responsible for requests submitted through unofficial accounts, impersonators, unauthorized pages, or third parties.
Customers should retain order confirmations and communications until their purchase is fully completed.
43. COMMUNICATION RESPONSE TIMES
The Store aims to respond to customer inquiries within a reasonable period.
Response times may vary depending on:
- Business hours;
- Public holidays;
- High order volume;
- Technical issues;
- Courier investigations;
- Product inspections;
- Supplier investigations;
- Payment-provider procedures.
A delay in responding does not automatically constitute rejection of a customer's legal claim.
44. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a Customer believes there is a problem with an order, the Customer is encouraged to contact the Store first so that the matter can be investigated and resolved amicably where possible.
The Store will review the complaint based on:
- Order records;
- Product information;
- Customer communications;
- Photographs;
- Videos;
- Delivery records;
- Inspection results;
- Applicable warranty terms;
- Applicable law.
The Store will not require a Customer to waive mandatory legal rights as a condition of making a complaint.
45. APPLICABLE LAW
This Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations governing the Store's activities and the transaction.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to contractually remove rights that cannot legally be removed.
Where a provision of this Policy is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to mandatory law, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful, while the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.
46. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Store shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from a Customer's use or misuse of a product.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability arising from mandatory consumer protections, fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that applicable law prohibits the Store from limiting.
47. PRODUCT CARE
Customers are responsible for following the care instructions supplied with the product.
Failure to follow reasonable product-care instructions may result in damage that is not attributable to a manufacturing defect.
Customers should retain product documentation, packaging, warranty cards, and care instructions whenever possible.
48. PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS
Where a return is approved, the Customer should return the product using suitable protective packaging.
The Customer should not place fragile products in packaging that exposes them to unnecessary risk of damage.
Where the Customer's return packaging causes additional damage, the Store may investigate whether that damage affects the applicable voluntary return or exchange request, subject to applicable law.
49. PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be available only where legally required or specifically approved by the Store.
A Customer is not automatically entitled to a partial refund merely because they are dissatisfied with a cosmetic characteristic that was accurately disclosed before purchase.
Where a product has a legally recognized defect, the applicable legal remedy shall apply.
50. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
If a product becomes discontinued or unavailable after purchase, the Store will determine the appropriate remedy according to applicable law.
Where replacement is legally required but the exact product is unavailable, the Store may offer an appropriate alternative or other legally permitted remedy.
51. AUTHENTICITY AND PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
The Store guarantees that products supplied by the Store are represented according to the product information provided by the Store.
Customers should not alter, remove, or replace product identification labels, serial numbers, packaging labels, or other identifying information before contacting the Store regarding a warranty or return matter.
52. CUSTOMER PRIVACY DURING RETURNS
Personal information collected during a return, exchange, refund, or warranty process will be handled in accordance with the Store's applicable Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
The Store will only request information reasonably necessary to process the relevant transaction or claim.
Customers should never send passwords, card PINs, one-time authentication codes, or other highly sensitive security credentials to the Store.
53. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
The Store may update this Policy from time to time to reflect:
- Changes in applicable law;
- Changes in business operations;
- Changes in products;
- Changes in payment methods;
- Changes in delivery arrangements;
- Changes in customer-service procedures;
- Improvements to the Store's policies.
The version applicable to a particular transaction shall generally be the version that was communicated or made available at the time of purchase, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
54. NO WAIVER OF LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as requiring a Customer to waive any mandatory right granted by applicable law.
Any provision that attempts to remove a mandatory statutory right shall be ineffective to the extent that such exclusion is prohibited by law.
The Store's objective is to establish reasonable procedures for voluntary returns, exchanges, refunds, and after-sales service while complying with applicable consumer-protection requirements.
55. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By completing an order, the Customer acknowledges that:
- They have had the opportunity to review the product information.
- They have had the opportunity to review this Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & After-Sales Policy.
- They understand that voluntary returns and exchanges may be subject to conditions.
- They understand that products should be handled according to their instructions.
- They understand that water-resistant products are not necessarily waterproof.
- They understand that normal wear and tear may differ from a manufacturing defect.
- They understand that personalized or modified products may have specific return conditions where legally permitted.
- They understand that proof of purchase may be required.
- They understand that the Store may inspect returned products.
- They understand that mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
56. FINAL PROVISION
This Policy is designed to provide a transparent framework for handling returns, exchanges, refunds, warranty claims, and after-sales issues.
The Store is committed to treating customers fairly and resolving legitimate issues professionally.
At the same time, the Store reserves the right, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to protect itself against fraudulent claims, abusive return practices, unauthorized modifications, false information, product substitution, misuse of products, and other conduct that causes unreasonable loss or risk to the Store.
Where a genuine defect, incorrect product, or other legally recognized consumer issue exists, the Store will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.
Where the issue falls outside mandatory legal protections and the Customer is requesting a voluntary return or exchange, the conditions of this Policy shall apply.
End of Policy
